Mechanical installation begins with the assembly of individual conveyor components. The equipment is located, shimmed level, anchored to the floor and/or ceiling hung. After the equipment is mechanically mounted in place, air piping is installed.
Field wiring begins after the conveyor components are mounted in place. The control panels are located and anchored to the floor. When the wiring of all components is completed and checked, the conveyors are then available for testing.
